A local guide from ETown Real Estate LLC. Hillman Brown was born and raised in Enterprise.
Below are 20 subdivisions: established neighborhoods, today’s new-construction communities, two just outside the city limits, and one that’s approved but not yet built. Location, home, and amenity details were checked against public listings, builder sites, and county and school-system records in September 2026. Covenants, HOA dues, and builder pricing change, so confirm current details with the HOA, builder, or county before you decide.
School zones come from Enterprise City Schools’ 2026–27 streets-and-zones list. Confirm with the school system before you buy. Lines marked “From Hillman’s 2008 records” come from his earlier website and stay only where they still help.
