Who collects your information

This website is run by ETown Real Estate LLC, Enterprise, Alabama, owned by Hillman Brown. When you call, text, email, or submit a form on this site, ETown Real Estate LLC (Hillman Brown) receives your information.

What we collect and why

  • Calls, texts, and email: your name, number or email, and whatever you choose to share (for example a property address, its condition, or a move date). Used only to answer your request.
  • PCS rental interest list: a Google Form asking for name, email, phone, move window, bedrooms, pets, budget, preferred area, and notes. Responses are stored in a Google Sheet in ETown Real Estate LLC’s Google account and read by Hillman Brown to follow up with you. Google’s own privacy policy covers how Google processes form data.
  • Seller form (“Get a cash offer”): a Jotform form asking for name, phone, optional email, property address, city, beds and baths, condition, occupancy, timeline, notes, and how you’d like to be contacted. Responses are stored in ETown Real Estate LLC’s Jotform account and emailed to ETown, and are read by Hillman Brown to follow up with you about your house. Jotform’s own privacy policy covers how Jotform processes form data.
  • Purchases: checklists are sold through Gumroad, which processes payment and delivery under its own privacy policy. We receive the order details Gumroad shares with sellers.
  • Basic hosting logs: the web host may keep standard server logs (such as IP address and pages requested). This site sets no advertising cookies.

Text messages

If you text us or give your mobile number (including on the PCS form), you agree that ETown Real Estate LLC may contact you by text message about your request. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help. Consent to texts is not a condition of any purchase or service. Your mobile number and text consent are not shared with or sold to third parties for their marketing.
